Welcome to the first Publishing Cupboard blog of the new year and best wishes to all who drop by.

The Cupblog is a place where you can suggest a subject you'd like to see treated with the Nod Off approach. Subjects that we are currently exploring are:
other languages: Portuguese, Japanese, Latin, Greek and Welsh.
English grammar and punctuation
cookery
gardening

It might seem odd including those last two, but there's an awful lot of background information needed to prepare dishes or flowerbeds.
