A positive result on the Stalking Front

Readers of my blog will be aware that it is my perception that I have the odd stalking reviewer on Amazon. Although I failed to get Amazon to remove them completely, they did remove someone who claimed never to have bought or listened to a Nod Off but proceeded to rubbish it.

The reason I believe my perception to be correct is the fact that there are a high number of people who click on the bad reviews to render them most helpful. This is odd behaviour and therefore I rest my perception.

Anyway, I think the bad reviews have scared people off. I have sold hardly anything off Amazon recently and have therefore lost the discount earned from being relatively well bought. In the meantime my sales through a terrestrial chain I perceive to be Waterstones have increased. Hoorah, this is exactly what I aimed for in those far off optimistic days. The Nod Offs were priced for an impulse terrestrial purchase. The slightly quirky approach to learning grammar, coupled with stunning covers (designed by the wonderful Fi Steel), were designed to appeal to disheartened language learners.

The problem has been getting onto their radars. You will be glad to know I have a slightly upbeat perception that the tide is turning. I will keep you posted.
